Can the customer see my notes?

Sharing a link exposes the selected form. Your work record and internal notes in My jobs stay private to you.

Can one link collect several requests?

A reusable public link can receive separate replies. They create separate work records, so you can review each request and record its next action.

Do I have to prepare an estimate?

No. You can keep the request and plan the next action without one. When an estimate is useful, use your own prices and review the items and totals before sharing it.

Keep the next step with the request.

Open My jobs to review your work records, their status and the next action.
