Can I keep the original page layout?
For an uploaded PDF or photo, you can use the original form mode after checking the field placement. Review the result to make sure each answer is in the right place.
What if my form is a Word document?
You can import a DOCX to prepare a reusable template. If you want the original Word layout in the result, save the Word file as PDF first and upload that PDF.
What happens if an answer does not fit?
In original form mode, content that exceeds the space available goes into an appendix. Check that appendix along with the original pages before sharing the PDF.
